Rarely, hair loss may be an
early symptom of disease like diabetes or lupus.
What should I
do if I notice excessive hair
loss?
It is important to pay
attention to undue hair loss, even if this is just to
reassure yourself that all is well. The first step would be to
visit your doctor, homeopath or health care professional who will
usually ask a series of questions and even do some tests to find
out what is causing your hair loss.
If it is found that you have a
medical condition which is responsible for the hair loss (e.g.
thyroid problems) then treating the condition will often
reverse the hair loss. Each case is different and the
underlying causes should always determine how your particular
problem is handled medically. Once the cause has been found, there
may be a number of different ways of treating it, ranging from a
change in medication, treating an underlying medical condition and
using products to promote hair growth.
What about
male pattern baldness?
Male pattern baldness is one of the
most common causes of hair loss in men and early balding often
runs in families.
Male pattern baldness is
hormonal in origin. Young men have relatively high
amounts of a hormone called testosterone in their bodies. As they
grow older, the testosterone levels fall due to the presence of an
enzyme called 5-alpha reductase, which converts testosterone to
dihydrotestosterone (DHT). DHT effects the hair
follicles and slows down hair production, producing weak, shorter
hair and even stops the hair follicle from producing hair at all.
Over time, this causes balding.
While this is perfectly
normal and many men come to accept that a balding or bald
head does not affect their attractiveness, others have difficulty
in accepting the change and seek treatment. This can range from
using prescription drugs like finasteride (which inhibits 5-alpha
reductase) or Minoxidil to expensive hair implants.
How can
natural remedies help?
Hair is mostly made from a fibrous
protein called keratin, which is also found in fingernails and
toenails. The supply of nutrient-rich blood to
the scalp and hair follicles is essential in promoting healthy
hair growth and preventing hair loss.
Natural remedies can help hair grow
stronger and more plentifully by nourishing it at the
roots, stimulating blood flow and the supply of nutrients
to the hair follicles and thereby promoting healthy hair growth
and slowing down excessive hair loss.

How has ReGrow
Massage Oil helped others?
"I would use
this oil even if I did not have a hair problem! The fresh herbal
smell really helped to relax me and the massage was great! I could
see a difference to my hair which became stronger and not so
wispy. Thanks for this lovely product!"-
Tom B
"After chemo my
hair was nonexistent and I hated walking around with a cap the
whole day. What with my illness and then having no hair did not
really help me to feel good. I enjoyed the massage and even used
the oil in the daytime. My doctor was amazed at how well and
strongly my hair came back! We still have a way to go but Native
Remedies always has an answer!"-
Ben
"I had alopecia
caused by some medicines my doctor prescribed and it was awful to
see the hair fall out every time I washed my hair! I used ReGrow
oil and the drops every day for three months and the results have
been very good. People said that I was wasting my money but they
have been proved wrong! I have bought some oil for my uncle who is
losing his hair and he says that he already feels the
difference."- Georgia M.
How do I use
ReGrow Massage Oil?
ReGrow Massage Oil should be
massaged into the scalp and hair roots for 10 - 15 minutes
every evening and left until morning before washing out
with a mild (preferably herbal) shampoo.
Massage slowly, using firm,
circular movements to encourage blood flow to the area.
You can massage your own head, but it is also delightfully
relaxing and soothing to have someone do it for you!
It is recommended that you use
a towel on your pillow to protect bed linen from the oils.
Dosage:
Use sparingly and add a little at a
time until the scalp is covered. Existing hair
does not need to be saturated - the roots and scalp are the
important areas to cover.
Massage action will spread
the oil thoroughly over the scalp and warm the essential
oils - promoting the release of their therapeutic properties.
It is therefore important that
ReGrow Massage Oil be massaged into the scalp for at least
10 minutes.
Caution: Safety during
pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been established.
Note:
For best results, use along with
ReGrow Plus Drops.
Can I use
ReGrow Massage Oil along with other hair stimulating medicines?
Yes, you certainly can!
How long before
I see results?
Although the nourishing and
stimulating process begins immediately, remember that
hair grows slowly and you may only begin to see observable results
after a few months.
How long does
one bottle last?
One bottle of ReGrow Massage Oil
when used sparingly every night should last approximately
2 - 3 weeks.
